Bonjour! So it hit me the other day that I have been in Europe for a month now... Crazy, huh? I even thought about creating this blog immediately after crossing the Atlantic. But as you may have guessed, Europe is so crazy that I haven't had the time to look around me and realize that I am on a different continent. Not until this night (it's past midnight in Paris) I am sitting on my bed thinking wooooooow. First, I want to thank everyone for being so supportive. It's amazing looking back and thinking about every single person that I have talked about this opportunity with! Thank you and you and you, oh you too, Lucky (that's my dog). I miss everyone, like a lot, but I am not homesick. There is something about Paris that makes me feel at home. I can't quite put my finger on it, but it's magical here. Alors, I did some traveling for about two weeks with a wonderful friend around Europe. Once I collect my thoughts, pictures and videos, I will post them asap. But for now, I will give a taste of what Paris has been like the past few days. Now I have to do some homework and wake up in a couple of hours to catch the U.S Women National Soccer team in action for the world cup. It's kind of a big deal if you care about America. Bonne nuit everyone! Below are places that one can "stumble" upon in Paris... |
